I baked a classic Filipino roll called pandesal. It is typically served at any meal and can be stuffed with anything. I plan to experiment with different fillings.

I made some really good rice crispy treats with vegetarian marshmallows. I made them twice because my ratio was off the first time but did much better the second time around.

I have been cooking a lot lately! Today, my sister and I made homemade oatmeal cookie bars and tried out the "whipped coffee" internet trend. (Henri really liked it!!) Last weekend I made a whole-made pesto pizza with mozzarella, basil and garlic.
